MIN has a variety of opportunities to volunteer with our groups or within the organisation. From small tasks such as helping out at events to bigger commitments like joining our Board or facilitating group activities, MIN could not do all the work we do without the help of our wonderful volunteers!

Role descriptions
ESOL Tutor
ESOL tutors volunteer to assist learners to improve their English to gain employment or admission to college and / make social contact in the community.
DigiPals
DigiPals support our service users with basic digital skills to engage with the activities delivered by staff and MIN partners.
Garden club
The garden club aims to promote wellbeing and social contact through gardening in a safe environment.
MIN group volunteer
Min group volunteers assist MIN staff and partners in delivering the different group activities organised by MIN for service users.
Outreach volunteer
Promote the publicity of MIN through engaging with attendees at community events
Peer Support volunteers
Providing Peer Support for individuals going through the asylum process
Fundraise
Take part in an event and raise funds for MIN.

Location for volunteering can be remote or at the Maryhill Community Centre depending on the activity being carried out. MIN will provide support and training for the above mentioned roles. For more information on any of our volunteer roles please contact MIN’s Volunteer Coordinator:
