The last two years have seen the rise of racism not just on our streets but on our TVs, lampposts and social media. Fuelled by the racism and refugee scapegoating from the likes of Nigel Farage and ‘Tommy Robinson’, people are living in fear. But the resistance we’ve seen to it shows the way out. In Falkirk, over 1, 000 anti-racists from all walks of life took to the streets to say refugees are welcome and say no to the far right division.
Let’s make April 12th the same in North Glasgow! Let’s take to the streets with the trade unions, LGBT+, faith groups, environmental groups and many more to say that North Glasgow is Against Racism.
