MIN Voices members organised ‘Right to Work: Lift the Ban’ action in Glasgow on 26th Feb.
People gathered in George Square with banners forming a circle with signs, and a clothing rail with uniforms hanging to showcase skills people bring and the skills being wasted.
The action represented the impact of not being able to work as people shared their experiences.
We send a clear message to tell the Government: people seeking asylum are ready to work- it’s time to #LiftTheBan.
